From August 3rd 2015, for the first time in the Albanian insurance market, we started the Customer Service Center for handling the claims of customers of Sigma Interalbanian VIG and Intersig VIG insurance companies. The center will operate 12 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday, starting at 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Considerable investment in IT systems is a key part of the strategy of the center. The technology used enables direct customer interaction with the Customer Service center thus enabling a more efficient service in the handling of claims. It will also be easier to analyze and manage information about customers of the respective companies.
The center will collect all the information needed in case of damage, and customers can communicate via phone or email. Specialists who will serve in this center will inspect the damage reported by the customer by phone, email or even when they present themselves there. They will then continue with collecting the necessary documentation according to each case. Once the case is reviewed by the relevant experts, the client will be notified on the progress of the process till the liquidation of the damage.
